Rolls Royce Phantom

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has issued a statement to remind the public that its primary business is making supercars and not jet engines. One of the three brands under the BMW Group, RRMC is a totally separate entity to Rolls-Royce Plc, a provider of power systems in aerospace and marine technology.
It was recently claimed that Rolls-Royce is undergoing a corruption probe. The report referred to Rolls-Royce as an aircraft engine maker and is being prosecuted for malpractice in Indonesia and China after passing on intel to Britain’s fraud office regarding bribery concerns.
RRMC confirms that it is not the company in question and that Rolls-Royce is not undergoing a corruption probe.

Lamborghini Aventador

Lamborghini Aventador J Concept - Front Angle, 2012, 800x600, 1 of 17
Whenever Lamborghini unveils a concept roadster, it is far wilder than you can possibly imagine. There are split cockpits, pop up mirrors, and possibly even rocket boosters.
That brings us to the Aventador J.
Lamborghini took a saw to the roof of its Geneva Motor Show concept. Then the designers decided that the windshield was also unneeded.
They got rid of that too.
What is left has been deemed a "one-of-a-kind piece of art" by Lamborghini. We totally agree; the Aventador J is stunningly beautiful.
And like the regular Aventador, there are 700 horsepower on tap to rocket the car to well over 200 MPH. At those speeds, a full face helmet is definitely recommended.

Toyota GT 86 / Scion FR-S

Wald International Toyota GT 86
Ahead of its unveiling at the 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon in January, Wald International, a Japanese tuning company, have just released information on their tuning package for the Toyota GT 86 / Scion FR-S. The changes are designed to give the car a significantly more aggressive appearance – although sadly with out the performance upgrades to back up the new look.
Wald International have given the car a fairly comprehensive redesign, which includes new bumpers both front and back, a new hood, new sideskirts, wheel arch extensions, a large rear spoiler, and a set of two-piece, five-spoke alloy wheels. It’s not the best looking aerokit out there. In fact it’s really a bit of an abomination. Especially at the rear, where it really screws up what was previously quite a nice looking back end.

Zenvo ST1

The Zenvo ST1 is unlike any supercar on the market today. Built by the Danish car company, Zenvo, the car comes equipped to do battle with the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche. Take a look at these staggering stats:
Engine: 7.0 Liter turbocharged, supercharged V8
Output: 1,104 Horsepower
0-60 times: 3 seconds
Top Speed: electronically limited to a mere 233 mph
Total cars planned to be produced: 15

That's right, better reserve your ST1 now, because they might not be available for long.

Price: If you have to ask, you can't afford one.

Personally I like the last pic, looks like the ST1 is going to eat you...

Mercedes-Benz SL-Class 2013

It's the eve of press days at the Detroit Auto Show, andMercedes-Benz has kicked off the week in fine style with the premiere of its 2013 SL. While the 60-year-old franchise has periodically undergone radical revisions, the sixth-generation should look familiar to anyone who has seen the outgoing model, but that doesn't mean that Benz hasn't tugged and pulled the SL every which way. While the general form looks very similar to the fifth-generation roadster, there are subtle tweaks everywhere, the most noticeable being the eagle's-eye LED daytime running lamps.

As before, the two-seat roadster relies on a power folding hardtop, though the folding roof can now be had with Magic Sky Control, the trick bit of electrochromatic glass with variable opacity first offered on the SLK. The original SL nomenclature stood for Sport and Lightweight, but in recent years, the latter descriptor hasn't really applied to the big coupe. The 2013 model seeks to reclaim some of that featheriness with a new all-aluminum structure and body, and Mercedes says the new SL550 weighs about 275 pounds less than the exiting model.

BMW M3 2014

bmw m3 1 M 2014 BMW M3 Concept to be Shown at Geneve 2013 news bmw models
This week Autoweek have suggested that the 2014 BMW M3 Saloon is to be shown at Geneva’s 2013 Motor Show, but in Production Concept form.
Later on at the home show at Frankfurt BMW are likely to see the final production model on display in all its glory for the press.
We also expect to start seeing some of the prototype testing teasers of the model after the over whelming interest in the previous Series on the v8 Bi-Turbo M5.
Also with the introduction of the new F33 4 series which will be in coupe and convertible form the m3 will be exclusively in saloon and perhaps a M3 Touring?. (4 Series Spyshots)
All we do know is that the rumoured Tri-Turbo flat six is likely to unleash a mighty 444 bhp along with an impressive 474 Nm of torque, rumour has it could sport an overboost feature for additional power.
And it’s just occurred to me that the Audi RS series were always an historically forced induction power unit, and seems that Audi favour naturally aspirated engines.
All I have to say is I look forward to Audi returning to the pinnacle of turbocharged rockets 2014 RS6 anyone????

Porsche 918 Spyder Concept

Um, we're sure there's something sensible to be said about this Porsche concept, but we're not altogether capable of coherent expression at present. We want to own one of these so badly, we don't even care if it has an engine. And boy does the 918 Spyder have an engine. A 3.4-liter V8 petrol burner is combined with electric motors to put out 500bhp, while featuring the mind-altering acceleration to go from a standing start to 62mph in just 3.2 seconds. Topping out at 198mph and offering a very respectable 78mpg fuel economy, this is pretty much the stuff dreams are made, which is quite naturally why you shouldn't expect to see it in any purchasable form any time soon. If you do care to see more of it, however, you can do so at the Geneva Motor Show this year or just past the break, the choice is yours.
